"Why the nose" when it is open, saline the boring safe way, a room-air tip.

3. Is Your Nose Open?

A home patency screen first (a veto, not a diagnosis). Then small breath holds only if that screen is green: 3 to 5 seconds after a gentle nasal exhale, a ceiling not a score.

4. Where Your Tongue Rests

The nnn spot, a 5-second palatal hold if the spot is available. If the tongue cannot get there, that is data, not stretch harder.

Nasal walk, recovery exhale (not a hold), mouth closed on screens.
